We decided to franchise because we want to attract the very best. People who can bring passion and dedication to the business, and share in our ambition to grow the brand. We are offering you a fantastic package but, like any new business venture, it will still take hard-work and unwavering commitment to make it really work for you.
Our current franchisees come from a variety of backgrounds, and we greatly welcome their diversity of skills and experience. While previous experience in restaurant management would be a huge bonus, it is not essential, as our training and support will give you the skills you need to succeed.
However, we do have a good idea of the qualities and traits we are looking for in our franchisees.
