Training programme
The success of each and every Mi Chaii restaurant comes from a tried and tested business model founded on decades of industry experience. One that has been proven to succeed across multiple locations with fantastic results for all our franchisees. We want to pass those skills and experience onto you so that you can replicate this success, which is why we have developed a comprehensive training programme designed to give you the best possible start.
The programme combines both hands-on training in one of our established locations with business management coaching and training. It begins with up to four weeks working in one of our restaurants so that you can learn all the practical elements of running a restaurant and the day-to-day management of your business. While you may be planning to recruit a manager, and even expand to multiple units, we still consider it essential that you understand every aspect of running a successful quick service restaurant.
As your launch approaches, our expert team will also work closely with your staff to help them learn all the necessary skills. This will include delivery of the service, as well as team management, customer service and business management, as required by your intended management model.
We will also continue to work closely with you and your team during your first five days of trading to ensure you have everything you need to make your new business a success.
