Mi Chaii about to drop in London in a big way… here’s how to get in on the action

Big things are happening in the capital with Mi Chaii.

In the last month alone, 5 new franchises have been awarded in key locations across London, with new partners now in the final stages of securing sites for their restaurants. Thousands of customers across the city are about to experience the brand’s great chai, fantastic food, and unique, atmospheric venues for the first time, and you can bet they’re going to telling all their friends and family about it.

Word is going to spread, but there are still some key areas in London where there isn’t yet a Mi Chaii planned to open. Areas which we have identified as being especially promising when it comes to what a local Mi Chaii could offer.

So, the big question is: where will you be when demand in London hits “peak Mi Chaii”?

Running your own restaurant or still considering your options?

Here’s how you can be a part of it

If you’re seriously considering opening your own Mi Chaii in London, I strongly recommend you don’t hang about. We’ve streamlined the procedure as much as possible for you, but there are some very important steps to go through before you get started:

1. Do your research
Hopefully, you’ve already quite a bit of time learning about what Mi Chaii can offer you as a business opportunity, but it is still worth reading through every part of their franchise website. It’s full of fantastic resources about what they do, and what they can offer you.

2. Schedule a call with me
When you’re ready to dive a bit deeper, or have some specific questions to ask, the next step is to schedule a call with me. Aside from helping guide you through the particulars, I’ll be just as interested in learning about you and your ambitions as you will be in learning about the franchise.

3. Zoom meeting with the Mi Chaii team
For the next stage, I’ll set you up with an online meeting with the Head of Franchising, Tony Urwin. With decades of experience in franchising, he knows how to give you exactly the information you need to make an informed decision. This will include the history of the brand and how the concept has developed, what makes a great Mi Chaii location, and more detail about all the financial aspects of your investment.

You still won’t be under any pressure at this stage, but you can have a serious in-depth chat with him about whether or not you both feel it is worth taking things to the next stage.

4. Discovery Day with the Founder, Mab Hussain
A chance to meet the man himself and get right to heart of what Mi Chaii is all about! This will be a face-to-face meeting at Mab’s office when you can both start asking each other the hard questions and really get to understand each other with a view to working together. You’ll be offered a tour of the food prep factory, and also take a good look around the flagship restaurant. Followed by a working lunch where you’ll be able to sample the menu, this will be a fairly informal event, despite the serious purpose of the meeting.

5. Making the decision
Assuming you’re now ready to go ahead and be a part of the Mi Chaii franchise, it is now that you will sign a letter of intent and pay your deposit. That commitment on your part means we can get all the wheels turning for the next very important part:

6. Choosing a site for your new restaurant
You’ll work together closely with the Mi Chaii team to look at different locations, and they will advise you on the best possible spot based on their experience. Once that’s in place, you can start looking at training for yourself and your team, ordering your first batch of stock, and setting a date for the big launch!

Despite everything that goes into helping you launch your new business, this can be a pretty quick process. However, if you do want to get started by 2024, you should definitely get the ball rolling soon by scheduling a call with me.

Even if you just want to learn some more before deciding whether or not to take the next step, it is still well worth us talking some more. You won’t be wasting my time, and I promise you won’t be wasting yours. It’s as easy as scheduling a call.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Michael Hulmes
